There are no additional per-user charges, nor charges for setup or cancellation. The only thing you ever have to pay is the flat annual fee of your chosen plan.

Can I try Kontup?
Kontup is free but limited. You could try it with the free plan.

Can I change my plan at any time?
In order to simplify user experience and accounting, Kontup charge 1 year subscription in advance. Anyway, as Kontup has free plan, if you don't renew your subscription you will not billed again and your will not lose your data. Kontup has not recurring billing.
